The Account Manager maintains the company's relationships with the clients and the team members and ensures the project delivery at the highest quality and efficiency.
Your role as Account Manager | Marketing is to maintain the company’s relationships with the clients and the team members in order to ensure that Creative and Marketing projects are delivered according to the Client’s expectations.
You will go into the details of Creative, Social Media Management, Media Planning, and Digital Insight projects. You will advise on the definition of consulting and execution activities - Caffeina’s core business.
The team and the other departments will respect your support and the decisions that you will make together, in the interest of the project’s success.
As Marketing Account Manager you will have direct contact with the Client. Your challenge will be to understand the Client’s needs and translate them into operational objects. It is a role of great responsibility, as the client’s satisfaction depends on your ability to grasp and anticipate their needs, and to correctly communicate these needs to the operational team.
