Job Description

As Administration Specialist, you will have administrative and accounting responsibilities that you will optimise working in close contact with your team. You will guarantee the delivery of reliable,  result-oriented activities and give your contribution to strengthen these processes while keeping the efficiency level high. Furthermore, you will be involved in legal and business management activities.

More specifically, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Successfully set up and manage all accounting activities, from registrations to financial statements, fulfilling the company's needs
  • Give your contribution in various activities such as office management, user management, inventory, filing, maintaining the relationship with stakeholders, coordinating business trips
  • Suggest enhancements and optimisations within the accounting and business management areas

You will report to the CFO and to the General Manager

 

 

Profile

Fundamental Traits
  • 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a Chartered Accounting firm
  • BA in Company Administration and Management
  • Responsibility, organisation skills. motivation, thorough precision, punctuality, curiosity, flexibility, mediation skills, and a result-oriented approach
  • Passion and motivation for administrative processes optimisation
  • Willingness to take care for all-round management tasks
  • Initiative and unceasing desire to grow professionally
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Interest and curiosity towards Digital Marketing
Crucial Skills
  • The ability to independently manage a firm’s accounting operations
  • Familiarity with the administrative processes within a small-sized firm, and the ability to efficiently structure them
  • Confidence with the management of processes that are diverse and that involve different people, strict deadlines, and high quality requirements
  • Initiative for suggesting the best tools and softwares for the above-mentioned activities (and the ability to successfully use them)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for the management of the relationships with the team, vendors, clients, accountant, and labour and legal consultants
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with the different types of contracts for sale contracts of commissioned projects
  • Confidence with the operational use of a management control system
  • General knowledge of the Italian CCNL Metalmeccanica Piccola Industria
  • General knowledge of Zucchetti management software
