Job Description

As a Recruiter at Caffeina, you will be the point of contact for talents who wish to work for us, and also for those who don’t know it yet.

You will be completely immerse in the life and dynamics of Caffeina, ready to understand its needs and respond to them with your results.

The role of Recruiter is fundamental: our team works with passion on our projects for clients, as if they were our very own. We seek people like this, who believe in the work we do, convinced that whomsoever puts their trust in us must be repaid with the highest level of quality and dedication in the activities which follow.

Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Define and implement the recruiting strategy of Caffeina

  • Map, draft and maintain up-to-date and coherent organizational charts, report structures, job tittles, job descriptions and job requirements

  • Receive needs in organic terms

  • Draft and publish job posts on job boards, the Caffeina site and other outlets

  • Research and contact candidates via databases, social media and specialist channels

  • Analyse the CVs of candidates

  • Conduct interviews using adequate methods according to seniority and position

  • Evaluate knowledge, skills and experiences of candidates

  • Evaluate attitudes, soft skills and the fit of candidates with the Caffeina culture

  • Manage alone follow ups with candidates in every and any phases of the selection process

  • Present detailed shortlists of candidates

  • Assist the candidate during the negation and contract-drafting process

  • Follow the induction of new hires to guarantee a perfect on boarding process and an easy integration

  • Develop and maintain the pipeline of candidates for every job position

  • Develop and maintain personal contact periodically with candidates, especially with talents of particular interest

  • Analyse benchmarks of HR policies, evaluating them and their implementation

  • Promote the reputation of Caffeina as a “best place to work”

  • Coordinate and develop internal and external training plans for the Caffeina team

  • Collaborate the implementation of the evaluation system and the internal career paths at Caffeina

  • Ensure the quality of your work

  • Ensure the respect of standards and approved deadlines

  • Receive feedback and develop solutions to anything in need of attention

  • Develop trusting relationships with your references, such as head hunters, universities and recruitment agencies

  • Point out critical issues and opportunities related to your work in a timely fashion

  • Stay ahead of the curve in your interests in and knowledge of the latest technologies, the market and digital trends.

You will report directly to the HR Director.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter in a business or agency

  • Ability to work in a team and work with others effectively and efficiently

  • Ability to understand and prioritize structural needs

  • Ability to analyse both hard and soft skills

  • Spirit of enterprise and ‘sacrifice’, precision, tenacity and organization

  • Passion for all things digital

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent personal time management

  • Excellent level of International English

  • Good understanding/knowledge of spoken and written Italian
