Job Description

As Social Media Manager, you will be an essential part of the Creative team. Your objective will be to interpret, manage, and value the Social Media activity of the brands we take care of. You will go into the details of our projects and contribute during the concept and execution stages.

Within this role you will get to know the Client’s brand’s core values. Your challenge will be to interpret these values and convey them into digital communication. Our vision of Digital Marketing goes way beyond the “virtual” world. According to us, Digital Marketing is not confined to a parallel universe with separate rules; rather it is part of the real world, and it involves people.

More specifically you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Contribute to the creative process for digital and integrated campaigns
  • Manage brand communication professionally, quickly, and efficiently, with a focus on editorial plans, community management, and reporting
  • Sense, predict, and explore new trends with enthusiasm
  • Benchmark competitors and research best practice
  • Support the strategy activity, where the key points are Brand, Market, and Objectives
  • Outline new procedures or enhance the ones already existing within the department

You will report directly to the Lead Writer and the Creative Director.

Fundamental Traits
  • Level of Education: BA or MA
  • 2+ years experience as SMM within a Digital Agency
  • Team player
  • The ability to understand and gather the Client’s feedback to the team
  • Initiative, perseverance, creativity, community spirit, and precision
  • Passion for the Digital Industry, know-how of the best practices and solutions, a keen interest in the latest trends
Crucial Skills
  • Deep knowledge of the technical and operational aspects within the Digital Communication industry
  • Professional experience with the major Social Media platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills and passion for writing
  • Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills in front of an audience
  • Expertise in conducting market and Client analysis that will be useful to suggest results-oriented projects and ideas
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to organise and define priorities


Nice to have
  • Knowledge of online and offline integration projects
  • Experience with copywriting of ATL communication projects
  • Confidence with photo & video shoots
