As a Media Planner at Caffeina, you will have an immensely important role in the management and organization of our media planning activities in both performance and the marketplace.
As a Media Planner at Caffeina, you will have an immensely important role in the management and organization of our media planning activities in both performance and the marketplace. Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
Suggest, define and implement media campaigns and strategies coherent with the client’s brief for projects and competitive bids of your responsibility
Develop periodical analysis of the data from media campaigns of the clients under your responsibility
Address the activities of the creative department in the production of concepts and creative elements for the projects under your responsibility
Gather and analyse market data
Identify targets, study them and understand their behavior and habits
Define the best media mix for each media campaign
Allocate budgets, monitor costs and optimize investment based on available variables
Coordinate with the teams of various work areas to optimize the customer experience and guarantee brand consistency
Ensure the quality of your work
Ensure the respect of standards, working hours and deadlines approved by your Coordinator
Receive feedback from your Coordinator and develop solutions to anything in need of address
Point out critical issues and opportunities related to your work in a timely manner
Stay ahead of the curve with online and offline media trends
Stay ahead of the curve in your interests in and knowledge of the latest technologies, the market and digital trends
You will report to the Digital Marketing Coordinator.

At least 2 years of experience as a Media Panner in a digital agency or media centre
Educated to degree level
Ability to work in a team
Ability to understand and communicate the feedback of a client to your team
Honesty, tenacity, ‘sacrificial spirit’, precision
Understanding of the technical and operative aspects of Media Planning
Absolute confidence in the related tools and platforms
Ability to manage projects, organize your work, choose tools best fit for the tasks at hand, manage deadlines and define priorities
Precision and high level of concentration
Excellent knowledge of International English
Development of integrated projects both on and offline
Good understanding/knowledge of spoken and written Italian
