As a Frontend Developer at Caffeina, you will be the person who brings the user experience of the digital touchpoint we use to develop projects into reality.
You will be responsible for the development of both web and mobile projects on the client side, integrated with social media, and we ask that you not only contribute to bringing quality to the projects’ execution, but also the definition of their “Big Picture.” You will be challenged to use solutions which offer the best trade-off between performance and compatibility whilst evaluating new and alternative methods, though always with the deadline in mind.
Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
Implement the Frontend development of projects under your responsibility
Write clean, tried and tested code
Develop efficient and effective solutions for User Experience, in collaboration with the UI/UX Designers
Optimise User Experience to maximize speed and performance
Write reusable code and programming libraries
Conduct performance optimisation tests
Conduct debugging and troubleshooting activities
Assist other developers with coding and troubleshooting
Collaborate with other developers and UI/UX Designers to better usability
Draft guides and documents for functional requirements
Ensure the quality, and performance of your work
Ensure and respect the quality standard, working hours and deadlines approved by your Coordinator
Receive feedback from your Coordinator and develop solutions to anything in need of attention
Point out critical issues and opportunities related to your work in a timely manner
Stay ahead of the curve in your interests in and knowledge of the latest technologies, the market and digital trends.
You will report to the Frontend Development Coordinator.
