Caffeine is rooted in a solid corporate culture and an excellent team that is never satisfied. We set the bar very high to achieve the best results. We work in a serious corporate climate when necessary and celebratory whenever possible.
What started as a great ambition in 2012 has become a success story with the willingness to operate in a competitive and newly established market to create impactful experiences that inject new energy into the relationship between people and brands.
The Code of Ethics is an important document, a beacon that guides our conduct.

Our offices
Caffeina was born by choice in a city where our headquarters is still today: Parma. However, we have stretched our roots to Rome and Milan to support our local Partners better and welcome a large part of our team.
