Associate levels are the first steps in our Career System. Supervision on projects is necessary, and autonomy is not yet total. The skills that emerge are a great curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to get involved while still trying to gain as much as possible from those who are more Senior.
Mid-Levels are at the core of our Career System. In these levels, there is a mastery of Caffeina frameworks, autonomy, and small project supervision. Finally, authority and advanced skills are developed through experience.
From level V and onward in the Career System, you enter into the more Senior levels, which can take two paths: continuing as an Individual Contributor and honing in on technical skills with supervision of major projects or embark on a managerial path with the management of more or less expanded teams.

Caffeina has developed an original method of working, the “Work from X,” which is part of the company’s 5-year vision starting today with this very method.
It is not only a vision but also an evolution: Caffeina is not “born” in any way but “becomes” as it studies, tests, and evolves.
Work From X was created to combine the benefits of three formulas: it nurtures a physical community of sociability and group activities that are built in the office; it protects the focus, balance, and quality of life while working from home; and it unlocks the enticement and flexibility of all the possibilities, which are anywhere!
Caffeina was born by choice in a city where our headquarters is still today: Parma. However, we have stretched our roots to Rome and Milan to support our local Partners better and welcome a large part of our team.
