Assistant UX Writer

UX Writers in Caffeina transform ambitious ideas into innovative digital products and services that meet real user needs, using a rigorous user-centered design process.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with Service and UX Designers, developers, strategists, project managers, marketers, and our amazing clients. You will be designing digital products and services that are truly useful and meet our clients’ business requirements. We always aim to set new quality standards in every area.

• Design effective storytelling for our digital products, enhancing key benefits and value proposition.
• Create short, micro-copy UX content that makes our digital products and websites more usable and effective.
• Build and evolve guidelines on UX writing to disseminate best practices with the rest of the digital products team.
• Build website content in a live environment at pre-launch, writing, selecting, and uploading content in collaboration with our clients.
• Contributing to the creation of effective information architectures.
• Apply our clients’ tone of voice to their digital products websites.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Design team best practices and methodologies.
• Proactively seek feedback from your team and manager and develop powerful solutions.
• Keep you on the cutting edge of the latest developments in technology, market, and digital trends.

• Recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in humanities, communications, or design with excellent writing skills.
• Passion for technology and digital products.
• Portfolio of textual content (preferably in the digital realm).
• Basic knowledge of design processes.
