Seize the opportunity to "modernize" the website created in 2010, transforming it into a multifunctional portal that meets the marketing, accessibility, technological innovation and security requirements of the Arca Vita and Arca Assicurazioni brands.

Arca Vita and Arca Assicurazioni are companies that specialize in offering insurance solutions dedicated to families and small and medium-sized businesses. For Arca, the banking distribution network represents the meeting point with customers and, precisely to meet their specific needs, Arca has developed a true bancassurance system, which stands out in Italy for its completeness and specialization. Arca is not a “product company” but a bancassurance system that aspires to achieve market leadership.

Challenge

A new site that is accessible and modern.

Arca Vita and Arca Assicurazioni are companies that specialize in offering B2B2C insurance solutions dedicated to families and small and medium-sized businesses.

Arca’s new site aimed on the one hand to improve the usability and accessibility of information, and on the other hand to better guide different types of profiles (business and private), to the most interesting content and services for the specific needs of each.

SOlUTION

A usable and available site for everyone.

With the goal of putting the user at the center, we worked closely with Arca’s customer service by mapping the main needs and use cases of various target audiences.

With the feedback gathered, we designed a new information architecture, customer journeys, and design that could be clear, informative, and accessible, the new site follows the WCAG 2.1 AA technic guidelines and was also specifically validated with usability user testing for accessibility.

EXECUTION

A new content strategy.

To make complex topics such as banking-insurance more understandable, the design team worked four-handedly with Arca, translating technicalities into words with a more reliable and familiar tone of voice.

The fresh, clean style chosen for the User Interface pairs direct, friendly text with photographic visuals that exemplify the issues addressed.

The content strategy activity saw experts in the field constantly engaging with UX and UX Writing specialists to define an information architecture that met the needs of different target users and to structure ideal pages to meet strategic business needs.

Section Builder: Flexibility and autonomy.

In the design phase, we created a new Design System. We started from the brand guidelines, declining them in a modern style to make them come alive in the digital context.

We then translated content and styleguides into reusable components, which, thanks to the Section Builder created in the CMS (Strapi Enterprise), allow Arca’s marketing team to not only manage, but create new pages, sections, and entire landing pages, autonomously and with a result that is always perfect and on-brand.

EXECUTION

The world of finance within everyone's reach.

Bringing users closer to a complex and difficult-to-understand world such as finance and insurance: in this way Arca tries to position itself alongside citizens and their employees.

Integration with Arca’s systems allows us to make information on market trends of both funds and financial products available in real time. Technical information, thanks to the new interface and graphical elements, becomes user-friendly for both bankers and Arca customers who want to monitor their investments.

Attract new prospects and serve existing customers.

Thanks to a new blog, with simple and effective language on financial topics, navigable by subject areas of interest, it is possible to answer people’s daily doubts and position ourselves to attract new prospects.

With the aim of easing the work of customer care, we developed a new dynamic contact form involving specific departments for each need.
