Fradiavolo is an ambitious Italian pizzeria chain that is rapidly expanding in Italy and around the world. It approached us with a twofold goal: to increase its network of outlets and to increase sales per outlet.
The objectives of the partnership are:
– Plan performance-oriented campaigns, which stimulate point-of-sale visit and lead release
– To realize “performance driven” creativity, strongly result oriented, while maintaining brand guidelines.
– Leverage CRM and integration with the checkout system for more efficient communication with the customer base and to analyze the impact on business.

Challenge

We used first-party data, integrating paid media platforms with Salesforce and importing the entire CRM database.
We built an audience testing strategy, including Broad, Similar and Retargeting audiences and negative targeting with already acquired contacts.
Continuous audience testing and the use of first-party data allows us not to saturate potential audiences but to always engage highly interested users.
