Samsung Italy approached us to create an external communication plan that reflects the values upon which the entire operation of the company is built.
The challenge was to transform communication that could potentially be self-referential and unengaging into a personalized and engaging project.
A company is not just made of products, but within it, there is a whole world of people, experiences, and their expertise.
For the shots, we chose the corner of Samsung’s SmartThings home that is more welcoming, modern, and less self-referential. For conversations with a less formal flavor.
To tell the human face of the brand means to enhance individual people. We set up the interview as a natural and organic conversation with an off-camera interlocutor and used close-ups, behind-the-scenes, and b-roll footage in editing for an authentic, human result.
The Samsung signature is present with a fresh, dynamic graphic language that plays between the shots creating a smooth and impactful narrative.
Impact on reality
We involved everyone: employees and the community.
The project became a true moment of unity and enthusiasm for employees who felt actively involved. Moreover, showcasing the human face of the brand has generated increased engagement from the LinkedIn community.
