It was founded in the US and is present in several countries around the world. A brand always seeking new ways of offering shopping, through video formats that effectively utilize channels other than TV. The mission? The digital transformation of QVC.
QVC, the largest multichannel shopping brand, wants to explore new Live streaming commerce formats that integrate live streams with creators and influencers, blending shopping, entertainment and gaming moments.
The challenge? A digital transformation project to support the evolution of the world’s largest video commerce player.
Shopping TV becomes social.
To transform live streaming into an interactive format, we have borrowed languages and logics from the world of social media and creators, integrating them with the needs of product presentation and sales, through a consulting and authoring project. We have structured a creative format idea, creating script models that integrate entertainment and gaming segments, with high user engagement during the live broadcast.
From words to action.
To make the live streaming mechanism even more interesting and engaging, we supported the client also from a production point of view, from the definition of the setting and scenery to the selection of presenters.
Our team of creators participated in the shooting of two pilot episodes, recorded in QVC’s studios, and supported the client in editing video reels, to be used as a prospecting tool, aimed at onboarding new brands.
