Founded in 1913, the bank came under the control of the French BNP Paribas Private Banking & Wealth Management group in 2006. BNP is a European leader in banking and financial services and operates globally.
A new product at the center of the Private Banking & Wealth Management.
BNL BNP Paribas Private Banking & Wealth Management turned to Caffeina to evolve and expand on informing of the options in the Private Banking & Wealth Management target audience through digital channels.
The goal was to build on the success of Youmanist, a product created and launched by Caffeina in 2018, by making it even more central to the bank’s ecosystem, going on to design a new space where banking services and Youmanist content could integrate into an even richer experience.
A user-centered approach.
With a cross-functional product team, we started by defining the opportunity in its business strategy and user experience component, defining the cornerstones in the new experience and related product and business KPIs.
Together with key stakeholders from BNL BNP Paribas Private Banking & Wealth Management, we mapped the main touchpoints for 6 identified types of personas, outlining new Customer Journeys that would enhance the experience for existing and prospective customers.
A new modular and personal space.
We built a new dynamic, modular, and personal space for each user, enriched with always relevant content and services that could engage and increase existing customers’ loyalty while attracting new prospects.
We built a new consistent, flexible Design System that could integrate the two worlds by defining a sophisticated and professional visual style and user experience with a minimal approach that promotes on-the-go content enjoyment.
